We do not store your source code on our servers. Your code is only used in a temporary, secure space for the purpose of code transformation. After the transformation process is complete, we delete the compute asset used for this purpose.

3. Account Deletion

You have the right to request the closure and deletion of your account. To do so, simply contact us through our provided communication channels.

4. Information Sharing

We do not share any information about your user account, tasks, or account resources with any third parties. All your information is kept private and confidential.

5. Analytics

We use Google Analytics for anonymous website performance analysis. This helps us improve our services and user experience without compromising your privacy.

6. Data Location

Our data at rest is located in the United States. We use Large Language Model (LLM) providers that are also based in the United States.

7. User Data and Privacy

As outlined in our Terms of Use, we respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your data. We do not share or sell users' data. You are in control of your data and can delete any resources in your account at any time.

8. Task Execution and Data Handling

When refactoring, we only use the required code included in a task scope pattern for the duration of a task execution. Task executions run in a private, secure environment. Files used in the refactor process are stored in temporary data and deleted when the task execution ends.

9. Data Encryption

All information is handled with encryption in transit and at rest. We employ best practices in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for task execution, ensuring that only the minimum permissions needed to complete an execution are granted.

10. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services in providing our solutions:

• Amazon Bedrock: Used for some task execution aspects. Amazon Bedrock is used in a secure environment, and none of the information used is accessible to Amazon or the underlying model provider, such as Anthropic. Amazon Bedrock with Anthropic doesn't use customer data to train their models.
• OpenAI: Used for some image generation use cases. In these cases, we use anonymous high-level depictions of resources that use visualization.
• Stripe: Used as our third-party payment processor for handling subscriptions and payments.
